Returns or Exchanges
We want you to be happy in Apexgen. We understand that returns or exchanges happen and we’ll do the best we can to help you out.
We’ve made it as simple as possible. Go through these 3 easy steps
1. Find your order number (This should be in your emailed purchase receipt)
2. Email us: email@example.com Subject: return or exchange and let us know how we can help
3. We’ll get back to you on the next step
Tip: if you need to show us something about the clothes, please take a photo and attach in email

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you know if you get approved for a refund or store credit. Refunds will be processed back to your credit card or payment option within 5-21 days. Store credit applicable within 48 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you your replacement order within 1-3 days
Fair Play Guide
• Returns or Exchanges must be within 14 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• All item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
• Non-returnable items are undergarments, gift cards and sale items
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
